Scrying 5e

This spell lets you hear a particular creature you choose that is on the same plane of existence as you. The focused target will have to make a wisdom saving throw, which is affected by your link to it and how well you know the target and the physical connection you have to it. A target that knows is being scryed on, can also fail the saving throw voluntarily if it wants to be observed by you.

Knowledge Save Modifier
Secondhand (you have heard of the target) +5
Firsthand (you have met the target) +0
Familiar (you know the target well) -5
Connection Save Modifier
Likeness or picture -2
Possession or garment -4
Body part, lock of hair, bit of nail, or the like -10

If the target successfully manages to pull off the save, then it isn’t affected by the Scrying 5e spell and you aren’t allowed to use it against it again for 24 hours.

If the target fails to pull off the save, then the spell creats an invisible sensor within 10 feet of the target. You can here and see everything goin on through the sensor as if you were present there. The sensor moves along with the target maintaining a distance of 10 feet of the target for the duration of the spell. If the creature can see invisible objects, it can see your sensor as well as a bright luminous orb the size of your fist.

Teleport Spell

Also instead of targeting creatures, you can choose a specific location you have seen before and place that as the target of the spell. After this a sensor appears in that location but does not move.
