Within a range of nauseating seating gas centred on a particular point, you have to create a 20-foot radius sphere of yellow and the cloud would spread around all the corners, then the result of that the area totally become obscured and as a result of Stinking Cloud 5e, the cloud lingers in the air for a specific duration.

Every creature must make constitution saving throw which is high against to the poison but the creature must be within the cloud at the start of its starting turn.On every failed save and successful save there are different results they are the creature spends its action which turns retching and reeling this is for failed save and the successful saving throw the creature don’t need for breathing the air or immune to poison automatically.
